Orders will be processed within three business days of receipt. Items purchased from kidzentertainmentinc.com can be returned via mail within 14 days of purchase, however, shipping costs/surcharge paid on the order are not refunded. Tags must be attached for all items and the items should not be worn or used. Merchandise must be mailed to Kidz Entertainment, Inc., 2914 Carnation Avenue, Baldwin, NY 11510, be sure to get tracking information. Without tracking information, we cannot guarantee receipt. For orders over $75.00, if you do not have tracking information be sure to purchase shipping insurance from the carrier.
Locate the Order Invoice for the return merchandise. If you do not have a receipt, merchandise credit will be issued for your return. When returning merchandise, pack the items carefully inside a box and ship the package back with tracking. A refund will be processed in an average of 14 days after the items have been received. Your refund will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. This processing timeframe may vary by your financial institution.
Certain items that are subject to copyright law may not be returned once they are opened.
